Hot melt butyl adhesive is a type of permanent plastic sealant used for insulating glass. Application scope:
The first seal in the production of insulated glass is used in conjunction with polysulfide adhesive, silicone adhesive, etc. to achieve double sealing. In the production line of insulated glass, a hot melt adhesive extruder is used for coating. The extrusion temperature range is 105 ℃~140 ℃, and the ambient temperature during construction is required to be no less than 8 ℃, which can be controlled by adjusting the temperature and repulsive force.
