Guangzhou Baiyun Chemical has built a "full lifecycle management platform for adhesives", which enables full monitoring of products from production, transportation to construction through QR code traceability. The product qualification rate has remained stable at over 99.8%.
The combination of policy driven and green transformation. Under the promotion of the "dual carbon" target, many regions have included green building materials in the government procurement priority list. The use rate of two-component silicone adhesive in government investment projects exceeds 80% due to its compliance with low VOC and long-life requirements; At the same time, local subsidy policies are accelerating the promotion of green products. For example, Jiangsu Province provides a subsidy of 2000 yuan per ton for projects using certified two-component silicone adhesive, which will drive a 35% increase in sales of high-end products in the province by 2024. Industry experts point out that the two-component silicone insulating glass adhesive industry has entered a mature stage of "quality competition+scene innovation". It is expected that by 2028, the proportion of high-end products in China will exceed 60%, and the demand for emerging fields such as photovoltaics and cold chain will reach 30%; The industry will further focus on the three directions of "high-performance formula research and development", "intelligent production upgrading", and "cross disciplinary standard integration", promoting the development of products towards "longer lifespan, lower emissions, and wider adaptability".
